August 1. 2025 Today starts my birthmonth! I feel special because I'll be celebrating my birthday soon. I have no plans yet but I was thinking to get together with my brothers and cousins. Maybe have swimming outside? And have food. What can you recommend? Maybe night swimming? Or day swimming? Which is better?

Good night readers! I hope I can sleep early tonight. The usual sleep I have is around 11:30 to 12 mn. And I wake up at 6 am. Good morning Readers! I just woke up today. I had a bad sleep last night. I keep on waking up in the middle of the night. I think I woke up arounf d 3:30 am. Then around 5:20 am I woke up because my dogs are so noisy. The I woke up at 6. Then finally i woke up at 6:50 am on my alarm and decided not to go back to sleep because I have work. Good morning readers!!!! What an awesome morning! I woke up not feeling hot thanks for the rainy weather yesterday! Also, though my lower stomach / puson is aching last night its not too much now. I have PCOS so I always have dysmenorrhea when I have my monthly period. Now I realized it might be the reason of my stress and pimple last week because of my hormones. I had it shipped to Cebu city to my brother so that he can give it to our Papa who will be celebrating his birthday on the 27th of August. It's only ₱2700 so its fine. Its Samsung Galaxy A06. Good morning Readers!! Wow! I checked my smart watch and I saw my. Sleeping hours is 9 hrs and 3 minutes! Yay!!! I'm so happy. Thank God I got 9 hrs of sleep. Malachi 3: 13-18 August 12, 2025 Today, I woke up with a bright smile. My head does not ache nor my eyes. Then I looked at my smartwatch and saw I had 9 hours and 3 minutes of sleep and between those I did not woke up once. Thank God! It's very rare that I have 9 hours of sleep for the past few weeks. Good evening readers!!! Just got home. We went to the hospital because my cousin got admitted to the hospital because of highblood pressure. She had ECG and the doctors said that there is a possible blockage in the artery to her heart. I feel worried and sad about it because I know that she don't have the means to have a full check up. For now, we helped her with the food and water. I just hope she gets better soon. Goodnight everyone!!!

Thank God my cousin is out of the hospital now and our municipal mayor will be the one to pay for her blood chem and 2D echo. Thankful because their expenses will be less and they can spend it on medicine. Hopefully nothing serious for her heart condition. Please continue to pray for her. Thank you!
