Good morning my virtual friends!!! Good morning to each and everyone here!!

Here I am again with another simple recipe! 🤤🤤 It is delicious and healthy and it tastes really good. Last week, I cooked Adobong Kangkong. I am now fond of cooking since I already transferred apartment so we are now allowed to cook. And cooking is really my hobby. I like doing things in the kitchen. Cooking relieves me from stress too.

Today, I will teach you how to prepare and cook this yummy and delicious meal.

So let's start!

Ingredients are the following:

  • 1/4 pork, cut in small pieces. You can cut it separate the fat from the lean meat.

  • Kangkong. Separate the kangkong leaves and kangkong stalks.

  • 1 small piece of onion (sliced)

  • 2 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 1/3 cup of soy sauce

  • 1/3 cup of vinegar

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sugar (Optional if you want a little bit of sweetness in your dish.)

Procedure on how to cook Adobong Kangkong:

📌 Make sure that all ingredients are washed and clean.😊

  1. Heat pan under medium heat fire. Put a little bit of water and the fat from the meat. Let it boil until the oil from the fat came out. Stir it to avoid from burning.

  2. Once the fat is light brown, saute the garlic on the oil that was excreted from the fat. Do not burn the garlic.

  3. Add the onion and saute.

  4. Add the lean meat and stir it until golden brown.

  5. Add the kangkong stalks and stir it slowly.

  6. Add the vinegar and soy sauce and stir. Add a little bit of water. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.

  7. Once it is boiling, add the kangkong leaves. Stir it again.

  8. Add salt and pepper to taste a little bit of sugar.

  9. Let the leaves cook for 3 minutes. If the leaves are cooked, it's ready to serve!
