Dear noisemakers, I would like to introduce you to a local dessert. Widely made in Turkey's Hatay province, this dessert is made from zucchini. The zucchini is held in quicklime and becomes a hard consistency. Then, a sugary consistency is formed and poured over it and served as a dessert. In other regions, as the name suggests, it is sweetened by adding honey instead of a sugary consistency. We put tahini and walnuts on it and ate it with pleasure. I recommend you to try.
