Thanks for the 1939 subscriber. This number is important to me because it tells a history. The city you live in was previously a country of its own. There was the Republic of Hatay and a President. With the signing of the Treaty on the Strict Solution of Land Problems between Turkey and Syria, France accepted the annexation of Hatay to Turkey and joined Turkey on 29 June 1939 in line with the decision taken by the Hatay State National Assembly.
