My lunch for today. I didn't have the time to cook as such I decided to eat out. I've also had a lot of meat viands last week that I needed something fresh and non-oily. I opted to eat sushi. Some are able to eat up to 20 plates (40 pieces of sushi). I haven't eaten that much. The most I was able to was 10. Today, I only had 7. #Japan

It's been more than a month since I last ate sushi. Another Japanese food I was not accustomed to eating at first, but eventually got fond of eating.

Came across these roses on my way to the bank last weekend. I didn't have the luxury of time to noise about it. I'm just amazed that they were able to grow this here. I usually see these roses in flower shops with price tags in them. :D #Photography

One of the things I misunderstood when I first came to Japan were their rapid trains. I thought these trains stopped at all stations and just travelled a lot faster than local ones, which isn't the case. Rapid or express trains just skip stations that local trains stop on. Similar to how point-to-point buses do it in the Philippines. #Japan

Pork curry rice - a food in Japan I initially didn't like but eventually learned to love. The curry taste is different from what I was accustomed in the Philippines. This was from Coco Ichiban - one of the famous, if not the most, curry restaurants here. #Japan

Daiso or 100yen shops are stores where you can buy almost any miscellaneous thing you need for your house and office. Most items costs around 110yen (around $1) inclusive of tax. #Japan

A healthy lunch I had a few days ago. I felt I've eaten too much unhealthy foods these past few days that prompted me to buy food which looked healthy.

The world outside my window - Day 15. A cloudy Wednesday morning. Need coffee to perk myself. Feeling sleepy. Japanese companies have started taking resevations for vaccination, our company being one of them. Scheduled start of inoculation is from July. #Project365

It's lunch time and I'm still waiting for my the store owner to cook my viand. :) I'm having chicken katsu for lunch. :) On another note, in response to the call from the national government to speed up vaccinations, company vaccination programs have started ahead of programs from the city hall. #Project365

The world outside my window - Day 11. Late afternoon shots. Brought my wife to the airport today. For reasons unclear to us, her booking last Sunday was rejected by the airline. Saying that our reservation was not included in the maximum number of people allowed to enter. We bought her a new ticket online and she was able to fly today. Praying for her safe trip. #Project365
