The sunset from last night had clouds that only let a little of the sun show. I like the way the light highlights some of the clouds while others are darker. #Sunset

Howdy - Hummingbirds are fun to watch. I have two feeders and never have been able to catch a picture of the hummingbirds because they are so fast. I guess I needed more patience. Finally I finished the Snipe quest. It took me four days and over 16 matches. Frustrating, but I finally won the last one earlier today. When I claimed my reward, it was the Dark Ferryman. That is the second one of those cards I have won. Today I took a friend to the hospital for a routine procedure. The waiting room was empty for the three hours I was there except for one person that came in then left. The news report says the Saharan dust has made it way across the ocean and is now in Texas. that is probably why the air quality is not very good. You can see the haze in the air. #Sunset

the Saharan dust is back in central Texas causing the sunsets to be reddish and hazy. It also makes them more beautiful. I like the dust for the beauty but not for the breathing...LOL #Sunset

The local news had a report on the Saharan dust. They say it rides the Trade Winds over the Alantic more than 5000 miles thru the Gulf of Mexico to Texas. This is the reason the sunsets are so colorful because of the dust. #Sunset

For today, Tuesday July 27th, a few clouds were on the horizon with the setting sun. The reflection off the clouds provides for a more colorful sunset. #Sunset
