I was in another community and asked my friend why he could talk to me. I said that I thought social apps were blocked in his country. He told me that his country only blocked Twitter and Facebook.
Amazing! If his country was trying to block him from communicating with outsiders, they had not succeeded. We talked often.
Gov'ts who try to block social media access are behaving like selfish people who want to choose everyone else's friends for them.
I think that adults, all around the world, are quite capable of deciding on their own who they want to talk to.
