💰 Bitcoin: too early to rejoice? The rapid growth of bitcoin along with the easing of the Fed's monetary policy, and now we are already seeing positive sentiment in the cryptocurrency community with talk of a true reversal, but is everything so clear? The most important thing in such volatile movements is to keep your cool and look at 2 aspects: ▪️ Where are we going? Are there significant levels extending from the left side of the chart that could act as strong resistance? ▪️ What happened on this movement? How did the price react, where did the big players place the volume and where did they place large orders? Where did we come? Objectively, at $18,400, from which the price of the first cryptocurrency started to fall yesterday, there is no significant resistance level from the left side. Bitcoin has not risen a bit to the zone with a low concentration of horizontal volume (Low Volume Node) $18,600 - $19,300, which acts as a strong resistance. Also, long-term liquidity (large sell limit orders) is still on top, just at $18,800, which is magnetizing the price. What happened? As early as December 13, at the level of $17,900, an anomalous volume slipped through. The last time such anomalies could be observed was in October. Given that the price is trying to develop a trend movement, this is a very bad sign. This means that large capital began to fix the previously accumulated long. Now the price of bitcoin is below the volumes of $17,900, which indicates the priority of sales in the short term. 🧠 Conclusions: Thus, if the price of bitcoin manages to gain a foothold above the volumes by $17,900, we should expect another impulse to $18,800. It will be possible to join this growth of $900 speculatively. And fix positions at $18,800, since this mark is a strong resistance for the price. If in the coming days we fail to overcome $17,900, then this may become a trigger for a decline to at least $17,000.
