The wifi connection from my workplace was too slow and weak but today, my colleague helped me connect sneakily on another wifi source and the connection was strong! Yipee! I can save my data package for the times that I won't be at my workplace. Anyway, i don't watch videos so I won't be abusing my sneaky connection with the wifi.
