oh no! this is pure calories. It's "lard, which is then cooked with minced or finely chopped pieces of pork. It is a dish typical of Andalusia in southern Spain, where it is usually consumed spread on toasted bread." It's another one of those "poor people foods" we've talked about recently though it's just local produce again and yes, it's very cheap and very delicious.
