Yesterday's

Happy Monday ❤️
Another day to start the week, how will you spend it?
Yesterday, Sunday, after 2 years I attended church at Ligao Curch. It's another city an hr away from my boarding house via jeepney. Before pandemic I usually attend there because it's the closest Philippine Life Word Mission Church in the province. Since our Korean pastor that time also lives in Legazpi (same where my university and bh is) he fetch me together with his wife and ride to the church using his car. But when lock down was announced all over the country I decided to come back home in Camarines Norte (another Province in bicol but almost 5hrs away from Albay). 2020-2021 I just attended online sermon. When 2022 came, I attended Sipocot church which is then an hr away from home via van.
Last Wednesday I travelled from my home to my boarding house near my university, so I also managed to attend at Ligao church after a really long time.
There's a rotation of pastors so new pastor is assigned and he's also korean. He knows how to speak English but his wife and two sons are still studying the language. During sermon a brother translates the sermon from English to Tagalog. Yesterday we had a visitation on houses of different brethrens and invitees for the upcoming 2nd batch of Summer Retreat. We travelled far and as we go back to church there's no jeepney from Ligao to Legazpi so our pastor offered me a ride together with his family. I'm super shy huhu
His sons talk to me in english a little. One is a sixth grader and one is in grade 8. We mostly talk about cats. Both of them is a cat lover like me.
That was a long ride and I feel like I'm in a kdrama movie because the family talk to each other of course using their language.
I miss my brethrens there sooo much, I miss their dialect and each and everyone's unique characters. The youth members are many now and I hope Ligao Church will continue to grow. After a month I'll come back home and I will miss them again.

You really have a great sunday yesterday😊
