Faith based on Love

I was about to write article this morning but I decided to share what I learned from today's sermon so I waited for the live streaming (since I can't attend church physically) then write the things we learn during sermon like what we always do.
Let me start with this verse:
1 Corinthians 13:13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
Obedience in the Lord come with three important things- Faith, Hope, and Love. We cannot follow Him if do not have Faith, we cannot endure all the sufferings that we may face as we continue our Christian Life if we don't have hope and lastly we can't do both of these if we don't know how to love.
Without Love, all the works we do is meaningless. That's why Love is the greatest among the three.
Satan will always find way to hinder the things we do for the Lord. We cannot see him with our naked eyes but evil can use various ways in this world to try to persecute us. That's why we should guard our hearts. Without faith, we can easily be shattered when situation seems to be unfavorable to us.
Hebrews 11:33 who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
Hebrews 11:34 quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
Hebrews 11:35 Women received their dead raised to life again.
Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection.
Hebrews 11:36 Still others had trial of mockings and scourgings, yes, and of chains and imprisonment.
Hebrews 11:37 They were stoned, they were sawn in two, were tempted, were slain with the sword. They wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins, being destitute, afflicted, tormented—
Hebrews 11:38 of whom the world was not worthy. They wandered in deserts and mountains, in dens and caves of the earth.
These verses clearly tell us how terrible persecution these Christians suffered before, but because of their Faith and Love they manage to overcome these, they did not surrender because of fear but rather endure it and eventually gained victory.
Romans 8:38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come,
Romans 8:39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Have confidence, like what these verses tell us that no one, nothing, can ever separate us from the Love of God, hence we learn to love those people around us. Love is something we can give to other people because Jesus first love us. Why did He saved us? because of His great love for us- and that is the perfect love we ever received.
I hope if you ever feel unlove, have faith that someone sacrifice for you because of His great love.
with love and curiosity,
