Conversely, we have had hearings with US gov officials who cannot account for 1 trillion US dollars going missing. Or pens that cost tens of thousands of dollars being written off as a legitimate government expenditure. Or jets sold to other countries worth several billion dollars, but no jets having ever been delivered, or ledgers and contracts that always seem to be delayed indefinitely, projects never delivering on time yet the funds simply vanishing by form and pattern of operation. That's the Legacy system that was in existence prior to the paradigm of blockchain technology disrupting everything bad, evil and horrible people loved about economics in the 21st century.
