What are block explorers? They let you view current data on blocks processed by miners, generally speaking. What are oracles? They're platforms that let you get data about blockchain transactions and some let you interact with smart contracts. For example: Bloks.io - lets you interact and view transactions on EOS, WAX, PROTON, FIO and more. It can show you data on transaction throughput and more. Etherscan.io - just like it sounds, is about ethereum transactions. Search them as easily as you would use a search engine. You can see gas fees data here too! Blockchair.com - search bitcoin cash transactions and view blocks progress. Hiveblocks.com - view hive transactions, voting history and much more. If you need one for a particular mainnet, just add the words "block explorer" to your search OR "oracle" to find one. They're a great resource you'll use frequently if you transact on a particular blockchain.
