Twitch's policy changes allow for offenders to get on to chat so long as they're rehabilitated, but any kind of speech you do off platform may be flagged "hate speech" at any moment by any staff member or audience member - to boot you off forever. So, cussing on live stream games is OK but voicing some sort of undefinable "hate speech" -- is a forever-offense?
