We cover a variety of topics. One not covered frequently is poetry, writing and history. This one is about the strange and mysterious writings of Daniel and Nostradamus. "He will speak out against the Most High and oppress the saints of the Most High, intending to change the appointed times and laws; and the saints will be given into his hand for a time, and times, and half a time. " - Daniel 7:25 This part talks about a power that will have the ability to change times, laws. Now regardless of whether you read prophecy or not, it is interesting to find Nostradamus also mention a character named Mabus who comes forth and dies, then returns. Nostradamus' tones are often chilling because of the manner of diction. Unfortunately, the texts have changed so I cannot even hope to recover the quatrain, perhaps someone retains a memory of it. Mabus' mention now is incomplete and unfulfilling to read (Quatrain 262): "Mabus will soon die, and then will come, a horrible slaughter of people and animals and once vengeance is revealed coming from a hundred lambs thirst and famine when the comet will pass." In both these passages, a reference to a character that appears, several times, and the changes he brings are quite alarming. In Start Trek: Next Generation, Season 7 Episode 11 "Parallels" , the character Worf experiences the sense of terror that comes from being in a reality that is shifting, being altered actively as he goes through it. He is left to deal with the alarming temporal confusion as those around him are seemingly unaffected, claiming he is mentally ill or somehow confused. As a hypothetical, what would be the purpose of changing times and laws? And furthermore, it is interesting to note that both historical writings mentioned refer to how 'the saints' overcome that power and defeat it, 'once vengeance is revealed coming from a hundred lambs' and 'Then the sovereignty, dominion, and greatness of the kingdoms under all of heaven will be given to the people, the saints of the Most High.' According to some people, we are already living in alternate timelines and changed times; it's been referred to the Mandela effect by some: one person believes an event occurred, another does not. Or little things being out of place throughout all time -- from the tiniest minutiae to the largest differences noted remarkably by one person and then confusedly dismissed by the second party. Others have believed that the experiments with dark matter and high energy physics are the originators of these "effects" or "side effects" and dissonances in time and memory of events. I for one do believe it is effecting one group more strongly than the former group, particularly the one that wishes to do harm to the other for speaking their mind/thoughts about what they remember. A curious and interesting time to note that we do have 30,000+ accelerators for particle physics. It is quite difficult to prove that an event didn't occur or did occur if time has been altered completely from the beginning to the end, all the evidence is mostly gone. However, examples of dissonances or 'noise' do stand out like sore thumbs. But you can imagine how horrific a reality it is to find that names, books, people and animals are gone/appear that never were and so forth and so forth... to at least one person who is like Worf. #foodforthought #historicalwritings #nostradamus #daniel #particleaccelerators #hadron #time #temporalconfusion
