Did you know? The Federal Reserve does not publish regular statistics on whether they have enough gold reserves in the treasury? This is not dissimilar to Stablecoins that have absolutely nothing but thin air to back them up > printing free money and then putting it on the market by exchanging for actual-value assets and crypto. If a country is asking to regulate Stablecoins initiated by private companies and opaque institutions, what it really should do is prove that it is itself "regulated" and follows the laws. By offshoring gold or pocketing gains using the United States government as a cover for crimes and corruption is the full and true definition of hypocrisy. The distinction here is, the Stablecoins we have today are privately issued by various groups and people that are NOT in the positions of authority of the US govt or say, the UK govt. Apart from this, we have ledgers that distinctly can illustrate the destruction and creation of these units of exchange called stables. However, there is no public ledger showing HOW MUCH USD was printed or digitally entered into the economy by the Biden and extra-government admins such as unlisted agencies and authorities in USA. Every time a billion bucks appears, we may not be informed. Every time $BUSD or Tether minted, we know. We know about the burning of the supply, too. Where is the need for regulation here when the ledgers can probably also be used in court in the coming years?
