Kucoin absconds with billions $USD by way of airdrop hijacking. I am not sure this will be reported widely but a 1:1 airdrop was supposed to take place on the 27th as per the Luna Terra whitepaper. Holders prior to the 27th of this month would have recieved 1:1 Terra (v2 hard fork) tokens. They would also keep their original Terra as Terra Classic. Kucoin did not airdrop the full amount, rather they stated they would disburse something like 1:0.000001 ratio to holders of the Terra original. Furthermore, they later posted an addendum stating they would disburse only 30% in the first airdrop and finally the remaining 70% at the end of 2022 through 2023.... Astonishingly, the new Terra token was up at $17 per token at the time of the airdrop which others recieved purportedly. Meanwhile, Kucoin account holders were left tongue tied, cursing or utterly outraged. In my case, I was supposed to currently hold about $1.47 million USD in the new Terra or 86k tokens. Instead, I was deposited the 'first airdrop' per Kucoin, an absurdly insulting amount of $2.36 or less than 1 Terra token. The rest, I'm supposed to believe will arrive over the course of several months into 2023. At 5AM PST, it was valued at $4-$5 per token, which would have been $435,000+ USD. Needless to say, it felt like robbery and it was robbery. Kucoin robbed me and fellow investors today.
