Simple Assets market has been a stronghold for Rplanet and Kolobok for a long time. Those two 'games' have been rather hateful examples of what games could be on Wax mainnet. But these days, Rplanet is pretty much dead and Kolobok is still around. But the marketplace for fungibles, Simple Assets, remains a somewhat tucked away, neat and tidy spot to trade NFTs. You can mint on Simple Assets contract and create fungibles which means they can be divisible into fractions, as I understand. Furthermore, there are some really cool features like Delegations - that work basically like a transfer action on Atomic Assets. Except you set a time limit to how long someone can borrow your NFT. Boy how much I wish I had that contract on wax, there's quite a few games that could use a rental smart contract out of the box solution....
