A coffee emergency
Hello, today I come to comment on a somewhat complicated situation. If you read my previous post, you will know that for reasons beyond my control I am having problems with concentration and energy.
One of the things I did to solve this situation was to sit down to write with a cup of coffee. I love coffee and those of us who drink it cannot deny that its properties give us extra vitality.
The problem comes when too much is consumed in a short time. Well, the positive becomes an inconvenience, you can get to suffer from severe headaches or a rise in blood pressure.
The latter is harmful to health. The solution is clear, not to consume so much coffee, but not doing so will bring me back to this feeling of rejection when I sit down in my unproductive hours to write.
So thinking about how to replace that dose of focus that coffee gives me, I came to a resolution.
First reduce the amount in my consumption of this black elixir and replace it with a moderate consumption of another liquid.
My grandmother always says that drinking a glass of wine before lunch and before dinner is good for your health. So why not have a drink to sit down and write 😊 .
Of course, in moderation, because it's about getting better and relieving stress, not causing me more health problems.
Concluding thoughts
Everything in excess is harmful, so we have to be careful not to get sick. The goal is to stay productive and healthy.
