Hello from my side of the world! Autumn is unstoppable and with this rain, the colder weather will parade. Last week, a co-worker shared that in their family they use ham when they do not have pork fillet (チャーシュー) as toppings for their instant ramen. I was baffled bcoz I couldn’t imagine ham and ramen. But today, the weather is cold, it’s raining outside. It’s definitely a noodle weather so I reluctantly tried ramen with ham. And boy, oh boy! I really need to learn to be adventurous when it comes to food. It was so great that I ate the 5 slices consecutively. Would you dare to try this one, too?
