second chances

Not that i have already obtained all this ,or have already been made perfect ,but i press on to taker hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me .......one thing i do ....forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead , i press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heaven ward in christ Jesus philipians 3;12-14 One of the most intensive exercises i do is ... jumping into conclusions .And ... it always gets me in trouble .Still , i do it over and over -by assuming i know what my teens are up to and sometimes iam waaaayyy off base .You would think i would learn to lesons right!, you would think i would wait to get all the information before i leap to a conclusion But , i do not and every time i take one of these uninformed leaps ,on the way down i think 'oh , yeah i have been here before . made this same mistake last week and the week before that and ...... At least now i recognize the mistake .So i ask for forgiveness and start again Experience is that marvelous thing that enables you ton recognize a mistake when you make it again Franklin P.jones
