My End of Season rewards was awesome!!!!! I got three Rares, Venari Seedsmith, Exploding Rats and Venari Wavesmith; two common cards, Gargoya Lion and Pelacor Bandit, and 14 DEC!!! Only Those cards raised my power in 70!!! Wow! I say it before and keep saying it: #splinterlands is an awesome and #play2earn game!

Enjoy while it lasts and I hope you can make it into Silver league as rewards on Bronze are about to get nerfed to counter bots that are just there to milk rewards without the intention to grow their account.
Yeah, I got sad when I read that the other day, we are getting to receive only credits and no DEC in Bronze. Still, credits are not a bad deal to me, because it could be used to buy Chaos Legion packs, but we will see how everything plays from now on. I'm happy to have gotten these ones today, so I can build a little bit my power.
The issue with credits is that 1DEC = 1 Cerdit so the bronze league players don't get to profit from the x8 value compared to the peg. The bots that want to sell need to buy cards and sell them which takes 2x 5% commission which actually is quite smart from the devs. Basically bronze is the new 'free-2-play' with little to no rewards which cost 10$ to unlock and Silver the first real league that rewards players from here on out. There is so much money in crypto that I don't think it will hold back the game and it will really make the economy much more sustainable. It's also a matter of time before there are other leaks that can be 'exploited' (blogging right now is way too rewarding) that will eventually get flooded and fixed.
Yeah! I need to jump the bandwagon of blogging! I've seen every kind of post, and they are very good rewarded. On the other hand, Splinterlands was the kind of niche I was waiting for, to write steadily about a subject. I really need to take advantage of that until they see it is not longer viable. Yeah it's a pity about the bronze league, but there are too many bots and before all this SPS craze, it was pretty nice and calm. I don't know how it was before with the previous edition releases, but I bet this was a challenge for them like no other. I can't blame them for those changes, really.
The devs have done an excellent job with everything they have done to make the economy more sustainable. It does come at the cost of the gameplay which turned a lot more pay2win though. Generally, it can be expected for rewards & returns to always go down. In the past, each chest contained a card, there were no collection power requirements and you could literally reach Champion with a Level 3 collection. Recently there were the quest potions that were crazy good value (they got nerfed) and bots could just grind Bronze with no investment aside from the spellbook which now also got nerfed. Right now you can get really nice earnings from blogging which will decrease as more players start to discover and make use of these. It's also still much more favorable to play multiple Silver 3 accounts with no intention to further grow compared to trying to reach Silver 1 or higher which likely will become an issue in the distant future. It's always a game of cat & mouse where you need to be a step ahead to get the most out of it. Good Luck!
Thank you so much for that amazing information. I didn't know a lot of things, specially that about reaching Champion III with no collection power. Wow, that should have been awesome! I understand, many nice things that are abused are left behind for the sake of sustainability. I was a little baffled about the fact the devs let bots play, but I understand they needed some balance, so they let them play freely until they saw it was abusive. The other thing it blew my mind was the quantity of chests you can get in Champion League. Maybe that's another thing they need to tweak for the game balance. I agree, it's a cat and mouse game, indeed. Thank you so much for stopping by and tell me all this! Good luck to you, too!
