Cat bites can be dangerous to human because their mouth are loaded with a number of bacteria that can lead to tissue infection surrounding the wounded area or can cause a condition called cellulitis by spreading the infection through the tissue. Sometimes the infection moves through the bloodstream and reaches other parts of the body and create a condition called septicemia or you can call it blood poisoning. So cat bites can create several health issues that need to be correct with proper medical treatment. Patient may die if you leave the cat bitten wound with no treatment.
