No expenditure, no income Friends, I found the above sentence in economics book. Even though It was not my favorite subject, I had to study it to sit in the examination hall. When I first time saw the above sentence “No expenditure, no income”, I couldn’t decode it. To understand it, I read the further sentences and came to know that economists said right. According to economists, a person’s spending is another person’s income. When you purchase rice at a grocery shop, the payment you made ends up as income for the shop owner, wholesale rice distributers, farmers, and so on. If you stop spending money, income will not generate.
