Vidyasagar Setu is also built over the Hooghly River in West Bengal, India. It is also known as the second Hooghly Bridge. But it is a toll bridge. Vehicles pay charges to go through Vidyasagar Setu. While Howrah Bridge is completely free to use. I have gone through it several times. Vidyasagar Setu can be easily seen at the bank of the river. Recently government developed a beautiful park on the bank of the river for visitors. The park has no entrance fee. You can see both Vidyasagar Setu and Howrah Bridge at this park. It is right place for professional photographers. I think they can captjure beautiful photographs at this place. I have visited the park two times and took several photographs over there.
