Will oxygen plant and oxygen concentrator work on the surface of Mars? I don't know because these equipments extract oxygen from the atmosphere. And the composition of atmosphere on Mars is different from that of Earth. Earth's atmosphere contains: About 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, 0.9% argon, and 0.1 percent other gases. Mars atmosphere composition : 95% by volume of carbon dioxide, 2.6% molecular nitrogen, 1.9% argon, 0.16% molecular oxygen, and 0.06% carbon monoxide. Percentage of oxygen in the atmosphere of Mars is very low. However, the percentage of CO2 is 95%. I don't know if these equipments can extract oxygen from carbon dioxide. I think a more pressing issue is that the Martian atmosphere just won't hold it in and it will vent into space. More ambitious and difficult for sure but Venus would be a better option if only we could find a way to clean up the gases
