Why does the sky look blue? When sunlight enters the earth’s atmosphere, it is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles. You know the atmosphere is full of gases and particles. The shorter wavelengths of light creates blue hues and is scattered more than other colors because it travels by making smaller waves. That’s why the sky looks blue in daytime and after the sunset it looks dark. This is original photography taken by Nokia 5 device. The sky was almost clear that day. However, few white clouds were also captured in my mobile camera.
