First Post After 3 Months Of Hiatus and A New Painting! Hi all...it's been three months since my last post. I am back! The dust has finally settled - we moved out to our new apartment and dealt with some life challenges we had faced for the past three months. It feels good to spend some time writing down a post, finally. But this won't be a long post detailing everything that happened to me over the past few months. I just want to share one recently completed artwork. I finished it last night, as a matter of fact. I am very proud of this piece because this painting is the first painting I managed to work on after months of having a severe art block. Oh, I did some sketches and poetry too, and I will share some of them here one of these days. Here are the progress photos:
There is text on the painting, and it is some of the things I jot down as I reflect on my healing journey. You can call that anecdote or a poem, maybe. I like making such art with text because it makes them more personal and meaningful, not just a beautiful random image. And of course, here is the completed painting:
What do you think of the painting? Do you like it? I really love the color combinations. I think I would like to try painting using different minimal combinations in my future work 😊 And before I go...here's a picture of me and my hubby, saying hi to everyone after months of not interacting with Read Cash universe 😆

Hi, nice to see your post again after a few weeks, I'm glad that your already in a new apartment for now. Your painting looks nice, I like the colors too, and also the words that are written here can be a source of reflection to oneself.
