It's been over a decade since that blessed event, but ... MY DAUGHTER CHANGED HER NAME! My late husband and I took special care when naming our children. We wanted to be sure that it would be a name that they would not mind keeping for life. But when my daughter got married she did not keep hers. At first I thought she was just going to use a hyphenated last name like Spanish people do and use both her “Maiden name - Married name”. Instead, she changed her middle name to her maiden name and discarded the middle name that we gave her at birth. I was a little upset at first. But then I thought: ~ She's grown. If she wants to change her name, that's her decision. Anyway! It's been over 10 years and she's the only one of my children that got married who's still married! 😊💞 It's a good thing the other ones did not bother to change their names. That would have just been unnecessary paperwork!! #MyLife #MyFamily
