I have lived in or visited several Texas cities and currently reside in Austin, the capital of Texas. One thing you will like about this state is the Tex-Mex cuisine. It's a “fusion food” which blends the cuisines of Texans and Mexicans. One of my favorite dishes is FAJITAS! You can make them with pork,beef, or chicken. I like the chicken.
