MOVIES: Interceptor (2022) Every once in a while a movie is so cheesy and predictable you feel compelled to give it a thumbs down. "Interceptor" is one of those movies. It tried to address some important issues that are impacting America, such as sexual harassment in the military and ... "patriots" with questionable patriotic motives who justify their patriotic acts of valor; but in the end you find out it's all about money! The acting was not all that great. They tried to paint the heroine as an awesome super female hero. But it was kind of unbelievable. In my opinion, the bad guy only gets to be called a bad guy because his acting was so bad! LOL. I did learn one thing though. I learned that there are remote missile defense bases and the only reason they exist is to intercept nuclear missiles aimed t our country. The locations of bases are supposed to be top secret. Although? How can you possibly NOT SEE the base in the middle of the friggin' ocean?? Anyway! Netflix lets you give movies and TV shows a thumbs down, a thumbs up, and two thumbs up if you really loved it! I gave it a thumbs down.
