The Biden administration moves to appeal federal judge's decision ruling DACA unlawful ~ https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-government-and-politics-immigration-4952e735eb5ef76210e5652f4fc420c3 I heard an additional report that said the judge's ruling will not be applied RETROACTIVELY. That means the children who did apply under the DACA law when it was "lawful" will not be adversely affected and can move forward with pursuing their legal status and get on a path to citizenship. This ruling, however, will apply to children who arrive in America AFTER the date of the judge's ruling that DACA is unlawful. If I heard that report correctly, I'm not so sure that I disagree with the federal judge's ruling on DACA. But I would have to do more research on this. As for now it's just a thought and an opinion. Anybody else got a thought or an opinion? #Law

I don't wanna be a cold-hearted S.O.B. but it just seems to me that we have enough problems taking care of kids already here legally...there needs to be a line drawn where if we are gonna help, we help our own, and then after everyone here is taken care of, we'll see about taking care of others.
