Have you always thought that dried fruit had more sugar than fresh fruit and that’s what made it unhealthy or less healthy for you to include in your diet?

Always thought that dried fruit had more sugar than fresh fruit. Turns out it was how the sugar was measured that was misleading me. Found a great article published by Very Well, a great site for trustworthy and reliable general health and food-related information. It explains all you need to know about fresh fruits versus dried fruits and shows how each has its proper place in our diet and nutrition plan.
