Aegiali Beach is a very beautiful long (about 1km) sandy beach just a few minutes walking outside of the village center.
The waters are very clear and shallow and are so very suitable for families with smaller children.
The temperatures are warm but because of the smooth, fresh sea breeze the feeling remains comfortable. There are also a lot of pine trees planted by the border of the beach so you can find some shady moments in the (after)noon.
Throughout the day it remains relatively calm here but towards the evening people come here to enjoy the sunset.
After that the people gather in the many taverns, restaurants and bars that are found in the direct neighborhood of the beach.
