A BITTERSWEET THING IN THE GARDEN Obviously.. coffee is bitter but with these yam sweet bar nothing so bitter in the morning. I woke up early today and have some inhale exhale moment in the hut facing the east side of my garden..sun is so shy this time...I'd better finish this one..this yam bar has a very small calories ,small amount of sugar to taste but the twist is ..,it has melting cheese on the inside so soft and fluffy..but I doubt if I can eat this all three slices..I'm not really into sweets..it irritates my throat..but cheers to this hot coffee and let's start the day with a bang..!
