MUST TO-DO THINGS IN 2022, MY FITSPIRATION, AND A LOVE SONG FOR YOU. Just woke up from a three hour nap after lunch. Last night was memorable and the most exhausted night of the 2021 for me. I prepared a lot, help a lot in the kitchen and cleaning and realizing that I really gave so much love in 2021. Now, it's 2022.. and it's self-love year.. I listed the things I want to do this year and after it, I smiled..it's self-loving year ..so be it! 1. Eating two cups of rice every meal. ( Enough for 1 cup) I need more carbs this year. 2.Reduce tomato juice. 3. Sleep 10 hours a day. 4. Increase the squat counts. Reduce walking, and side bend exercise. 5.Lessen the time on cellphone and television. 6. Eat more meat than fish. 7. I need 5 small meals each day, to gain more muscles and weight. 8. Aim 26" waistline and try to say bye to 24". 9.No more alcoholic drinks this year. 10.Write more poetry. It's funny the things I've listed. They're all minor things but I must do this. Self-motivation is a must to see what I want, what I like. And guys, before I leave you for awhile I want to introduce to you my FITSPIRATION icon and model whom I admire years ago until now. She is Shanina Shaik. I guess she is and was the fittest, the healthiest model I've known. I remember I posted her in here last February in a one piece swimsuit. I don't know but this Australian model is the image for me of a unique physical beauty. And the love song ...oh I knew it..so many loves this song. I swear you loved this before and until now. Sang and compose by the nerd singer but so handsome for me. I hope this song will entertain you while watching the fashion show. The fourth to the last is Shanina Shaik the most beautiful for me and watched by her gorgeous ex! Lol! Enjoy girls and let's be fit this 2022. Being sexy is being healthy!
