The Legend of Crispy Pata Hundred years ago, people in the Philippines doesn't know how to cook Crispy pata. There once lived a childless couple who fond of farm animals and pig is there favorite pet. The couple love the pig so much that they named it Piche. Piche is a beautiful and chubby piglet. One day the couple decided to go to the farm to harvest some rice..when the got home they saw nothing, Piche is nowhere to be found. The wife was so sad and angry because Piche seems like playing in a far away place. She said when that pig come home I will cook her. Nights past no Piche came home. Mornings comes the couple was awaken by the call of their neighbors Penpen. " He guys I have something for lunch hope you enjoy it". Since the couple are not yet prepared for lunch they thank Penpen. They eat the delicious pork leg so crispy and so yummy.Mouth watering and crunchy. They ask Penpen what kind of meat. Penpen said " oh no it's a piglet I found at the lake at what you eat is a fried pork leg. And that's the end of the friendships of neighbors.
