Our newborn has officially changed her sleep pattern, and it’s been a challenge since yesterday. She used to sleep peacefully in her crib, but now she won’t stay down for more than a few minutes without waking up. The moment we lay her in bed, she starts crying and just wants to be carried all the time. It’s been non-stop carrying day and night. We’re trying to adjust and figure out what’s going on.. maybe a growth spurt or just one of those baby phases. This part is hard, but we know it won’t last forever.
Today was one of those days that felt both productive and peaceful. I started the morning with a good cup of coffee and some quiet time, which really set the tone. Work kept me busy, but everything flowed smoothly. I checked off most of my to-do list and even made time for a short walk outside to clear my head. The weather was perfect.. just enough sun and a cool breeze. I ended the evening with a good meal and some time to unwind. Grateful for the little moments today. Sometimes, the simple days are the best ones.

Some days are really hard, but when I look at my baby, everything feels worth it. Being a new mom is not simple, but I’m trying my best every day. I know it will get better with time.
