Today I will make a Pinoy traditional delicacy made with cassava, it is called "Nilupak". I will bring this up later at my friend's house. We have a small gathering along with some of our close friends. I will make this dish special to enjoy them to eat. In making this dessert you just need to boil the cassava or steam it. Then mashed it. After that, you will put sugar, butter and condensed milk and mash it until smooth and mix even. Then put it in the clean container and top it with cheese.
