I did finish the 1st batch of caramelising sugar for the Leche flan. I begin preparing now the 2nd batch. Tomorrow I will about to start cooking the Leche Flan until Friday. And on Saturday, I will cook nilupak at 3 am. I need to complete this today! Keep on grinding, shining, and smiling!
