I just got home. Wooh, it was a very productive day for me. There are more than 10 issued cheques that needed my approval, and after reviewing them thoroughly, I signed it as an indication that it's good to be released for whatever purposes they may serve. After hours of working, I am now in my bed. But I will just take a few minutes of rest and it's time to grind on my online hustles. 💰

I am now back at work. 💻 My clock time here at the office is 8:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. I always make sure to be on-time and avoid lates since they will be deducted to my salary. But anyway, I am now at my desk and I just opened the accounting system that we are using. I will be working on bank monitoring since we deposited cash yesterday. Let me get it done, but first I'll grab a coffee. We didn't have one a while ago, so I'll have it here. ☕

Here's what I accomplished today: ✓ Cash-In Bank Monitoring ✓ Available Funds in Bank for AP Deposits ✓ Filing of Cash Summary & Expenses for June 2024 ✓ Bank Reconciliations June 2024 Wooh. I got really productive today, and I don't have any other choice. Month-end reports are needed to monitor whether our plant is progressing or not. And I am playing an important role here since I am assigned to monitor the sales of the plant. 📟

I just touched down here at the office. I already turned on my computer and opened the excel file where I update the bank monitoring. I requested one of the secretaries to update the passbook since we just deposited cash yesterday. Now, I need to work on the available funds for our accounts payable. The tricky part is, I need to review everything since I don't want checks to bounce. I might be charged for the penalty, lol. But anyway, I'll get a cup of coffee.

I didn't get to report to work a while ago because I was feeling weak. I just took a few hours of rest at home to make sure that I can go to work tomorrow. Luckily, my partner was here to make my life more convenient. Also, I just talked to my clients on Upwork a while ago and shared insights about the blog ideas I prepared. They need to review them before we come up with the blog outline.

Even though I was not feeling okay, I still tried my best to get up and report to work. Now, I am very amused by how productive I was! I just emailed a few billings, and even worked on the cash summary and PCF expenses from the previous days. I am also planning to do bank reconciliation make sure that my bank monitoring is accurate. Sadly, I can't grab a coffee, that's maybe for next time. ☕

It's my day-off, and we just finished the two things we included on our checklist. My partner had another dental appointment, and it was cleaning. He said it was painful but satisfying. Imagine getting your teeth cleaned deeply. Also, after his dental appointment, we worked on our laundry and now we're done. The next on my goal for today is having my nails cleaned up and I asked for a home service since I don't like going out today.

I could feel the tiredness all over my body. I am feeling drained and exhausted, maybe because I got stressed out a while ago at work. It was because of the cash summary and expense that someone wants to change, but I stood firm with what I have reported. It's almost the end of my shift at work. And I'm glad that I get to finish a lot of reports even though I am not feeling that great due to the cold and flu. As of the moment, I am extracting data from our system and I will be working on my next task which is our weekly checking of the plant's Accounts Receivables. Extracting data is really taking some time, but I am good with it. I'll just visit some of my blogging sites while waiting.

Woah. I just submitted the first blog content. Earning $21.26 is not bad for writing in just 1 and a half hour. I still got one more content to submit for this client. Good morning, everyone. Thanks God it's Saturday. This is my last shift for this week, and tomorrow is my day-off at work. I only have a few workloads for today which gives me enough free time. I am planning to write contents to maximize my time and make sure I am still productive for the rest of the day.

Finally, the rain has stopped for a while. We can now feel safe again. In the past nights, we could not sleep peacefully due to the worries about the typhoon. But I still managed to go to the office and report to work even though the rain was non-stop. Anyway, it has calmed down for a while. I hope it won't pour again tonight.

I had a severe headache yesterday, but I still managed to finish some house chores from laundry, to cleaning my room, and also preparing the ingredients for chili garlic oil. I slept early after taking medicine, and it helped in easing the pain. Now I am here in the office and I have to work on some reports this morning. Wish me luck on being productive!

I am now at the office with my cup of coffee, and I have been working with some reports. I need to submit the summary of Accounts Receivables (AR) and issue an incident report to customers who do not pay on time. Also, today is the payroll period of the operations department and I need to verify their salary, deductions, and the mandatories. Wish me luck for my next hours at work! 🙌🏼
