It's been two weeks since I relocated here at Pampanga, and I have been going to work for an 8-hour shift too. I am still into adjustments, but I guess everything is going smooth on my end lately. How are you all?

I just got home from my 8-hour shift at work that started from 6AM to 2PM. I could feel my body asking for some rest, so that's what I am giving to it now as I am writing this short update. But, maybe after a few hours, I will have to empty my laundry basket since it's almost full now. Wish me luck. For now, I'll take a nap. 😴
Time Checked. It's already 11:19 PM here in the Philippines and I am just done writing a travel blog on my Hive Account. I have been trying to get back to writing even though I am already working 8 hours a day. To some, maybe this is torture, but I just can't give up my blogging career. Still composing titles and editing lead images for my next blogs tonight before I go to sleep. Anyway, it's my rest day tomorrow! Yehey. It means I could draft more blogs. :)
It's so dang hot right now here at Mabalacat, Pampanga. I couldn't stand staying inside our room as I feel like I am inside an oven. Now this makes me miss our home, in the province. It's really different here. I could feel the heat in every inch of my body, and not getting enough fresh air. I wish I could go home right.
Time check! It's already 5:13 in the afternoon, and here I am preparing something for dinner. Early, eh? It's because I have some writing to do later for my Upwork clients. Even though I am working 8 hours a day, I still make sure to keep up with the contracts and submit the works needed and requested by my clients. Luckily, they don't pay me per hour, but it's more of project-based. This makes me have flexible timeframe in doing them. I could do them once my shify at work…
Hello there, everyone :) I don't know if there are people reading my life updates here but yeah, I am still doing it though. I am currently writing for my new projects at Upwork. It's really challenging, especially when I am writing about machines and equipment related to maritime or aircraft. But I am into the challenge as always. I am now writing for the next topic after posting this. I already had my cup of black coffee, and I hope it helps getting my braincells working,…
It's already 8:10 in the evening, and I am now here in our province. After my shift yesterday, I went home straight from our site as I was really excited to go home. And now, I am feeling recharged again by seeing my family, and eating the foods I love. I think it's time to go back to Pampanga tomorrow evening, so I need to make the best out of it. Maybe visit the beach, and have some fun in there with a cup of coffee. :)
Rise and shine, people. It's already 10:30 AM, and it's almost lunch time. I am doing laundry before going back to Pampanga. Hmmm. I just hope time stops for a while, kidding. It's time to get back to work tomorrow again. I am getting used to this scenario :)
Time check, it's already 12:28 PM and it's my last break at work. My shift will end exactly at 2:00 PM, and I will go straight to my boarding house since my partner traveled here in Pampanga with me last night. We will try our luck here, and I will be with him while he's applying for a job. I just hope he has the patience, haha. :) Anyway, let me just have my cup of coffee and a cracker for my breaktime. I will be eating rice later on, once I'm finally home.
First Job in The Corporate World After I graduated in college, I already felt the pressure of getting a job outside my part-time work as a freelance writer and a blogger. I need to build something out of my devices, and make sure that I'll take advantage on the course I took. And it's not an easy challenge to me, knowing that I got used to a setup where I only work inside the four corners of my room. But this time, I tried my luck and grabbed an opportunity. I was hesistant…
It's another day at work. I woke up a bit early a while ago since my partner asked me if I would want to cook for my packed lunch. But I told him I will do it tomorrow instead. We went to grocery shopping yesterday, and even visited the wet market for some chicken and pork meats. Later, I am planning to finish up his picture-taking for his resume then I will start sending applications in different agencies that posted hiring job positions here in Pampanga. I hope everything…
Time check, it's already 4:00 in the afternoon. My partner and I just got home from running some errands outside. We bought some additional things we need here in the boarding house. It's quite a spending spree recently, but I know we'll get through this together. Anyway, I will be doing some works later on.
Rise and shine, people. 🍃 It's already 5:20AM and my shift starts at 6AM. I just got dressed with my work attire, and I will be heading to the jeepney station later. While I was in preparation on going to work, my partner cooked my packed lunch for later. Hmmm. He always make it convenient for me, even though it means waking up early too. Anyway, I hope everyone will have a great day today. And I am happy to see some friends writing here again. I hope this is the start of…
It's almost dinner time now, and my partner and I already have something to eat. He cooked a while ago, and we're only waiting until we're hungry enough to eat. At the moment, we are watching a movie while I am facing my laptop working on my stuffs. Good evening, everyone. Have you guys eaten your dinner?
Yehey! I am so happy to announce that my partner just got hired on a job. It means it will be the two of us hustling, but I have no idea when will be his first day. Anyway, it's my last shift at work today. We won't be able to go home in the province, and we are planning for it this next weekend.
Career Shifting: Will I Fit In? Everyone has seen me grow in the field and industry of writing – from composing my personal blogs to jumping in the freelance content writing. Over the years of my experience, I know I have grown a lot and improved my skills in writing despite starting from a low blow. But recently, I had a major shift in career. Not a total change, but I grabbed an opportunity to get a job with an 8-hour shift a day. If you have read my previous article about…
Yehey, we already graduated from our PST and CET Training. We are now endorsed to Nesting Phase, where we will be having calls already. I'd say, I am quite excited yet nervous at the same time. But I have no other choice, I need to pass this and embrace this new journey awaiting for me.
