Really? They have a few games on this platform. Immutable X is not just GU. Also, the IMX token is performing well as I saw yesterday.

Perhaps it has something to do with the cosmetics having been migrated from ETH to IMX. There has been some pretty crazy trades for card backs and table trinkets. But like Chaos said, there is some other dapps on that layer though I don't think any of them is really big or has trade volume even close to GU. GU is like OG ETH and ETH Whales. Lots of money in there. But hey, just guessing...
Did you see the IMX chart compared to GODS? Seems like some trading is going on. Possibly people use IMX as trading currency because of the staking.
No I haven't but good to hear. I picked up a few to qualify for the staking / trading rewards.
