I have a certified Bicolana friend who make spicy food. I never forget the first time I ate Bicol express that she prepared during one of our barkada outing maybe around 2002. Spicy, creamy and loaded with meat. I missed the special dish and of course my friend. Here are samples of her dishes which I ordered several tubs.. Some were already brought in Quezon city for my mother in law. Her spicy food business gives her a good extra income. The laing isn't dry and her kimchi is the best - All in all Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely will order again ❤️
