I want to share our hi-end remote controlled wall fan, which I bought last month in palengke. Cheaper price same 1 wk replacement, same warranty period. We had a small space in our dining, and also it's the best option to prevent children from touching electric fan. I sometimes feel it's an aircon, when I'm turning on holding the remote control. Hope it'll last for more than a decade.. Standard electric fan seems durable, and the design - only need a sensor to turn on, just like flat screen tv. Unlike the conventional one that needs to twist or push buttons to use.
