It's not an insult, it's just friendly advice, because some texts look pathetic. So, the question mark ,, ? ,, is used only when you ask a question, example: Are you okay? Where are you been? Are you home? And the exclamation mark ,,! ,, it is used for an exclamation, interjection, state ..! Example: Hello ! , It's raining! , Yes it is! , Thanks! I'm very good! The walk was excellent! There are also cases when we can use them together. Example: Why are you bad ?! Because here we also have a question (why) and an exclamation (you are bad)! So, I hope it's understood.
