https://futurism.com/china-bans-banks-cryptocurrency Are you here to disrupt the normal economic and financial order?

Short term: Increased crackdowns removed a ton of leverage and broke a bunch of "diamond hands" pretenders. Long term: Increased crackdowns means authorities are afraid of what is happening in cryptocurrency markets and are trying to slow things down further. We are well into the "then they fight you" phase.
I'm thinking the selling will only be finished when DOGE goes back where it belongs, far below the top 10. Interestingly, if you remove from this list the joke-coin and the centralized coins (a.k.a "not cryptocurrencies") then BCH is doing quite well.
Just like Turkey, China's authorities are afraid of crypto. They should be afraid.
If you sold any large amount of crypto recently, what are you reinvesting the cash into? With bonds, equities, and housing already in bubble territory, what will you do with the money? I'm assuming a lot of money will be going right back into crypto because of this.
Wouldn't it be nice if the housing market had crashes? Imagine being able to scoop up a house at a fair price. Or stocks.. that would be cool. Unfortunately those markets aren't allowed to go down anymore.
I guess the DOGE mania was a pretty strong signal.
I know there's a site that tracks how many times bitcoin has been declared dead, but we also need one that tracks how many times bitcoin has been declared banned in china.
We don't know if we can trust aliens, but we know FOR SURE we can't trust our own government.
The ol' stegosaurus pattern
Lumber coming back down to Earth.
Interesting, it ain't just crypto. Healthy pullback in many commodities.
I like Elon, but it is pretty annoying that he has so much sway over the market. I mean, he's at least 10 YEARS LATE to the crypto party.
Jihan being uncharacteristically hyper-verbal today
Yes, they paid the ransom. They're just not allowed to tell you they paid the ransom: https://cisomag.eccouncil.org/paying-ransom-is-now-illegal-u-s-dept-of-treasury-warns/amp/
Those poor pension funds. Imagine being forced to buy a long term "investment" with guaranteed negative yield. This will result in a crisis. These pension funds will require their own bailout.
"And if you've already paid your taxes and you don't have any children then you can take a flying leap!"
Either Tesla has never heard of the lightning network or, much more likely, they think that it is garbage.
People think crypto market prices are crazy, but bonds and equities are in Looney Tunes land. Even if I wanted to sell crypto I can't. There's nowhere else I can sensibly put the money.

NO WAY!!!
Elon setting people up. We all know how it will end.
Old quote. I bet most people know what they do now. The rescuers of everyone's 401k's! They make the sound that goes brrrrrrrr!
lol

oof
so there's an organization that believes it has authority over the whole world. that's pretty crazy..
Guys, BCH is amazing tech and all but we forgot to create a cute mascot like Doge. I'm gonna have to sell everything, I'm sorry.
