Could be. The whole Meta commercial looked so incredibly stupid. Meta is what happens when people just keep throwing gobs of capital at companies that ran out of ideas years ago.
There was once a promising social media site called Bubblews. And then they come up with this very spooky, strange promotional video. I don't know why, but it makes me think of the idea of the Metaverse. I don't think anything good comes from it, and this was the beginning of the end of Bubblews. https://youtu.be/qRioqufJZYk
