Good afternoon noisy peeps, while I'm making noise and exchanging comments with you here,I'm making this on the side leche plan (The world calls this dessert Spanish flan but, in the Philippines, it is leche flan. Leche, Spanish for milk, is one of the dessert's two main ingredients. Made with egg yolks, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk, Filipino leche flan is a rich steamed custard topped with a syrupy caramel. It is one of the most popular desserts served at parties, fiestas, and other special occasions. This sweet dish is also popular in some Latin American and Caribbean countries. Among the Hispanic population of North America, leche flan is also known as creme caramel.) so that the egg white is not wasted, I also made a big version of leche puto, still need a lot of practice for me to perfect it, meryenda tayo guys.

One of my favorite desserts!
Wow mam andami mo pala alam lutuin parang chef ka na din sa dami ng alam mong lutuin👍👍
Beautiful photographs, and what a delicious dessert you have prepared, certainly in Latin America we also prepare it and some countries call it Flan, however in Venezuela we call it Quesillo, some people add a touch of liquor to give it more flavor, and this is usually prepared with a rich cake or patel, plus gelatin. They are the perfect trio, we hope it has been delicious and you are enjoying it, greetings Miss.
